Cheese Stuffed Roasted Sweet Peppers -

This recipe is delicious and one of the easiest you can make. Just slice sweet peppers in half, fill them with Boursin or cream cheese and top with everything bagel seasoning. Roast them in the oven at 400 degrees. At our Elevation that takes about 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy! You can’t go wrong!
