Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. MeriAnn was so great to work with for our first home buying experience. In this hectic market, she was able to squeeze us in for last minute showings and turned around offers immediately to hit sellers' deadlines. We ended up getting into our perfect home AT ASKING, which was completely unexpected! MeriAnn was always available, quick to respond, and answered all of our questions throughout the process. We would highly recommend MeriAnn to anyone in their home buying journey.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. MeriAnn has helped my Mother and I sell two different houses and some property and you will never find a realtor or representative that will work harder for you or be more honest and sincere then her. When you hire MeriAnn you don't have to worry about anything because she will definitely go the extra mile to protect you and take care of you. She is heads and shoulders above all other realtors in Utah!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been on a second home search in PC for years. MeriAnn has been patient with us, and at the same time, has moved quickly and efficiently whenever a property came up that we were interested in. Her professionalism, expertise and attention to details is appreciated. We are thrilled with our new purchase.
