Chinese New Year is on Sunday this week. As a Family we love any reason to celebrate so we will be making traditional Chinese food and celebrating the Year of the Rabbit.
For Almond Jello
1 1/2 cup boiling water
2 pkg plain gelatin
4 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup whole milk
and a fruit of your choice … Lycheese or Mandarin Oranges…sometimes both!
Mix the water and gelatin until dissolved, add the sugar then almond extract then milk.
Pour into an 8×8 pan and chill until it is set up
Cut into squares and serve with fruit.
